Questions about the record

What counts as a delta?

A change to a scored cell, a vendor gate moving, or a correction to a claim we published. Each entry carries the date, the before value and the after value.

Why do scores move?

Because the evidence moves. A vendor documents something we had stamped VERIFY, a pricing gate changes, or we exercise a claim we had only read. Weights do not move with them: they are fixed before scoring and versioned on the methodology page.

Does a delta change the verdict?

Only through the arithmetic. A cell contributes its score multiplied by its weight, divided by 100, so a movement on a light criterion barely registers and a movement on governance is felt immediately.

What triggers an entry

A cell value changing, a vendor gate moving, or a correction to a published claim. The weights themselves are versioned on the methodology page.
